Free Guide: The 5-Minute Evening Reset for Fathers

I’m Nila Liporada, a certified life coach with a background in healthcare.
I work with fathers who feel calm and capable in many areas of life—but stuck, frustrated, and often ashamed of what happens around food, especially at night.
Before coaching, I spent years working closely with people in clinical settings. That work taught me how much shame people carry in silence, and how much easier real change becomes when someone feels safe enough to tell the truth.
That is the foundation of my work now.
I don’t believe most men need more pressure.
I think they need a clear explanation of what is happening, a practical way to respond, and a space where they are not judged for struggling.

I think they need a clear explanation of what is happening, a practical way to respond, and a space where they are not judged for struggling.
My work is for fathers who are functioning well on the outside but feel out of control around food in private.
They often tell me things like:
These men are not lazy.
They are not weak.
And they are not failing because they lack information.
Usually, they are dealing with stress, emotional load, and deeply practiced habits that make food feel like relief.
That is the level where I work.
A practical starting point for understanding what’s happening at night.
Many fathers are used to being the steady one.
They carry responsibility.
They keep moving.
They solve problems.
And often, they do it without much room for their own stress, frustration, or emotional fatigue.
Food becomes one of the few places where the pressure temporarily shuts off.
That pattern makes sense.
It is not random, and it is not weakness.
I focus on this work because I have seen how easy it is for good men to quietly blame themselves for a coping pattern they were never taught to understand.
What interests me is not telling men to “try harder.”
It is helping them see the pattern clearly enough that they can finally respond differently.
This is not a diet plan, a discipline lecture, or a “just stay motivated” approach.
I help fathers understand what is happening in the moments right before overeating:
We work on awareness, regulation, and behavior change in a way that is practical enough to use in real life.
Not on your best day.
On the tired day.
The irritated day.
The late-night day.
You’ll learn how to:
You do not need to be fully convinced about coaching to take a first step.
If stress-driven eating has become your way of getting through the end of the day, the best place to start is by understanding the pattern.
The 5-Minute Evening Reset for Fathers is a short, practical guide that explains:
No pressure.
Just a clear place to begin.
Read it in a few minutes and keep it for the evenings you need it most.
